Scientific evidence reveals it's true: the stress of high school can lead to anxiety and make life feel overwhelming. Happily, teens are great at shifting perspective! Join us as we explore ways to center ourselves with intention and befriend our natural way of Being. This unique session invites high school girls into an encouraging space to unwind, Be present and catch their breath. We'll try easy meditation and movement exercises, simple restorative yoga poses, creative reflection and self-expression techniques - practices that can be easily incorporated into daily life. $180 for the 2-session series.
