This series is designed to cultivate middle schoolers’ innate ability to find calm within while honoring their authentic way of being. Through mindful practices that include movement, reflection, breathing exercises, and creative games, middle schoolers discover their own way to Be present. This series runs on Tuesdays from 2:30 - 3:45 pm
