Young people DO find ways to choose healthy habits that reduce stress and anxiety - and we’d like to encourage them! This series is designed to cultivate middle schoolers’ innate ability to find calm within while honoring their authentic way of being. Through mindful practices that include movement, reflection, breathing exercises, and creative games, middle schoolers discover their own way to Be present. This four-session series runs on consecutive Tuesdays, Jan. 15, 22, 29 and Feb. 5. Space is limited.
