Allie Stratner, RYT-200, teaches yoga and fitness at LifeTime Athletic in the Greater Boston area. She has led impactful sessions of yoga fundamentals, heated and neutral vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, meditation, and a HIIT-hybrid (interval training) as well as mindful wellness training workshops in Massachusetts, New York, Texas and Tennessee. Allie is passionate about expanding yoga practice, meditation and integrated fitness modalities to a wide array of communities. She is the sole creator of specialty workshops, including acro-yoga, arm balances and meditation for all.
