TWEEN GIRLS: don’t let stress get the best of you! Quiet the mind and lighten your heart with this workshop designed to honor your natural way of being. This two-part series gives tween girls (ages 11-14) a chance to engage creatively without expectation, which boosts resilience and enhances healthy habits. Through mindful practices such as collaging, movement to release stress, self-expression and creative games, tween girls embrace their own way to Be present and have fun.
Thursdays, September 19 and 26 at 4:00 - 5:30 pm
