Soothe the Senses Summer Mini Retreat

Start the summer with a mini well-being retreat to soothe your senses! Experience sound healing with Biofield Tuning, energy alignment through Reiki, visualization meditation, restorative yoga poses with aromatherapy and mindful eating practices. Be Well Be Here founder, Lara Wilson, collaborates with certified Biofield Tuning practitioner, Julie Ramsdell, to explore full body/mind/spirit well-being. We’ll even tap into our sixth sense, intuition. $45 (take $5 off if registered by June 15).

Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy that uses the physics-based principals of frequency, resonance and entrainment to help the body recognize it's own distortion, discharge blocked energy, and return to clarity and health. Using tuning forks, the Biofield Tuning practitioner releases static caused by stress, and invites the body to repair and balance itself.
