Field of Awareness for TEEN boys

Thanks to a successful launch, we continue our Field of Awareness series, an empowering program that helps teen boys cultivate attention, self- awareness, empathy and confidence. Be Well Be Here welcomes teenage boys age 13 - 16 to our relaxed space to co-create simple, personalized practices that are easily integrated into daily life.Mindfulness-Based Counselor Ben Kamens offers four engaging sessions of thoughtful mindfulness instruction that include short readings, discussion, movement and fun.
