Kendra Wilde established the nonprofit Wild Peace for Parents to support whole family wellBeing and encourage mindful parental self-care. After 10 years researching and testing wellness techniques that benefit stressed parents, she discovered simple mindset tweaks and everyday habits that lead to real transformation - for the whole family. Kendra is on a mission to share wisdom that integrates contemplative sciences, neuroscience and experiential practices that can be easily incorporated into daily life. Her compassionate methods not only uplift struggling parents, but teach children resilience by example. Kendra has a MBA from Harvard Business School and is the mother of three young adults.
