Paula Ledbetter (BWBH Board Clerk) has an M.A. in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University and is the Vice President of Marketing at Mather, a unique not-for-profit organization committed to changing the way society views aging. She has more than 25 years’ experience in PR and marketing and her leadership style is based in self-awareness, compassion, authenticity, and Right Speech. Paula served for five years as a volunteer teacher and leadership coach for the LeadingAge Illinois Leadership Academy. She previously served as Board Chair of Literacy DuPage and as board member of the National Diaper Bank Network and Crisis Center for South Suburbia. Paula holds a certificate in Embodied Social Justice, and lives in a Chicago suburb with her fiancé Jeff and their two dogs.
