Rosanna M. Salcedo has been an educator for more than twenty years. She is the Dean of Equity and Inclusion at The Cambridge School of Weston, and prior to that spent sixteen years as a tenured member of the faculty at Phillips Exeter Academy. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Amherst College, and Ed.M. in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Rosanna is a first-generation Latina, bilingual in English and Spanish. In addition to her work as an educator, DEI practitioner, and personal development coach, she is a mother, visual artist, writer, and storyteller. Rosanna is passionate about supporting girls and women and in 2021, she founded Spirit, Sand, and Sea, a personal growth and wellness company for women in response to the wellness crisis created by the pandemic. Her programs are grounded in mindful, culturally responsive, trauma informed practices that nurture and heal.
