Be Well Be Here mindfully collaborates with Concord’s Umbrella Center for the Arts to raise personal and environmental awareness through their 2019 Art Ramble: Witnessing Change! Please join us at the benches near the stone monument in the Hapgood Wright Forest to engage in the healing and sustaining practice of forest bathing. Known in Japan as shinrin-yoku, or taking in the forest atmosphere, this ancient practice of walking with calm intention to observe with mindful awareness offers great restorative benefits. FREE and open to all ages.
