Creating a convincing fantastical world is within your grasp! Teens work together to create and refine their own work in a supportive feedback cycle using examples from literary masters such as J. R. R. Tolkien, Jose Saramago, David Eddings, and Jeremy Crawford. By reviewing entrancing world lore and authentically motivated characters, the group will strengthen their writing and editing skills while manifesting a detailed fantasy world that can serve as a basis for rich writing or creative endeavors.

Series led by Verreth Wilson, a long-time Game Master who self-published a book based on a four-year campaign that spanned 700 hours and over a thousand pages of collaborative world-building. From humble beginnings designing games and performing voice-animated stories for his siblings and their friends, Verreth's literary and theater experience led to leading roles in Chekhov and Shakespeare plays, acing advanced collegiate creative writing courses, and managing NYC's celebrate Cherry Lane Theatre. His years of experience as a Game Master includes teaching D&D at Brooklyn Game Labs and running 30-person sessions for the college club he established. Verreth eagerly awaits developing magical worlds with anyone who cares to engage in a fantastical creative experience!
