Finally… meditative movement based on gentle yoga that is easy on the wrists! Join us on Saturday mornings in September at a beautiful Fresh Air Studio in rural Concord, MA for this in-person series. Lisa Lombardi will guide us to connect breath with motion in a wrist-free flow with slow, steady and deliberate movements. Great for those often on the computer or anyone dealing with carpal tunnel issues. This mindful moving meditation will leave you feeling grounded and restored.

About Your Guide
Lisa M. Lombardi, M.S., M.Ed., RYT200, is a Registered Yoga Teacher, a Certified Reiki II Practitioner, and a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher. Lisa received her MBSR training at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Center for Mindfulness, and her Yoga training at LPY in Lexington, MA. She is currently the Associate Director of Advising for several programs, including the Mindfulness Studies Program at Lesley University. Lisa has been practicing Mindfulness Meditation and yoga since 2015. In 2016, she suffered a severe concussion and her practice, specifically Lovingkindness Meditation, was instrumental in her recovery. She was able to embrace each day as a gift and believes in the power of the mind/body connection.
