This BWBH practice invites you to befriend yourself in the moment, neither denying what arises (aversion), nor grasping what is impermanent (craving). Guided with compassionate by mindful recovery meditator, Carla Leone, to support your journey. Simply show up and Be Present for what already exists within you.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE

Carla Leone, M.A. in Mindfulness, RYT-200, guides people in mindfulness practices with a particular dedication to those individuals in 12-Step Recovery. Her formal training in numerous forms of meditation, including Insight (vipassana) Meditation, Concentration Meditation, Loving-Kindness (metta) Meditation, Walking Meditation, and Body Scan Meditation as well as her deep learning of Yoga allows her to tailor sessions to the needs of the room.

A personal note from your guide, Carla:

After decades of abstinence from all forms of intoxicants, and living life on life’s terms through many joys and challenges, I have come to fully understand the central role that mindfulness-based practices play in maintaining serenity, courage, and wisdom. I am dedicated to helping people learn how to avoid the trap of addiction in order to find a way up and out.
