Join us for Mindfulness in Nature, a mindful walk and journaling practice co-created in partnership with Concord Museum and Mass Audubon. Meet at the Mass Audubon Brewster’s Woods Wildlife Sanctuary in Concord, MA. Be Well Be Here Founder and Executive Director, Lara Wilson, will lead participants on a woodland walk based on the principles of Forest Bathing, or shinrin yoku, and guide a mindful journaling activity. Come away with the tools to reduce stress, anxiety, anger, overwhelm and depression through the natural and artistic resources readily available in Concord.
Please bring a notebook or sketchpad and writing implement of your choice.
Participation is limited and registration through the Concord Museum is required.
