Rejuvenate at this 3-day BWBH BEtreat® through yoga's sister science, Ayurveda, with master practitioner and educator, Larissa Hall Carlson, Lead Faculty member for the Kripalu Schools of Yoga and Ayurveda. Learn to live in harmony with the seasons naturally through Ayurveda's 5 elements (space, wind, fire, water, earth) and the 3 doshas (vata, pitta, kapha).

Discover at this intimate summer BEtreat® how to achieve balance in your life through the implementation of Ayurveda's seasonal diet, lifestyle, and yoga practices. Balance your body, mind, and spirit with Ayurveda's practical approach to food, spices, teas, and self-care routines, guided with great expertise and compassion.

Experience your shift toward wellBeing at BWBH’s beautiful BEtreat® space on 12+ acres, beginning with Friday evening’s gathering by the fire pit. We’ll also share grounding moments on the stones surrounding the pond, easy walks to the nearby Mother Tree and guided meditation in the Fresh Air Studio.

12:00 - 1:00   Healthy Lunch (catered from Debra’s Natural Gourmet, West Concord)

1:30 - 3:30pm    Air Session: Settle the Spin, Float Free--Gentle Yoga & Self-Massage

Sunday, June 25: Cleanse and Find Ease  

9:30am - 10:30   Water Session: Sipping all Seasons (teas & spices for the seasons!)

10:30 - 11:00   Healthy snack

11:00 12:00pm   Ether Session: Make Space for Wellness 

12:00 - 12:30    Fond Farewell

Larissa Hall Carlson, MA Mindfulness Studies, E-RYT 500, Ayurvedic Practitioner  

With 25+ years of teaching experience, Larissa is known as a leading educator in the field of optimal performance. Certified by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and Yoga Alliance, she serves as a Lead Faculty member for the Kripalu Schools of Yoga and Ayurveda and guides teacher trainings across the globe. She previously served as Dean of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and is the co-creator of two popular online courses with Yoga Journal, Ayurveda 101 and 201. She specializes in training elite level musicians, executives, teachers, artists, and athletes in all aspects of mindful living.
