ABOUT YOUR GUIDE

Paula Ledbetter, BWBH Board Clerk, has coached business professionals from more than 80 organizations, developing their skills to be compassionate and authentic leaders through LeadingAge Illinois Leadership Academy. She is the Vice President of Marketing at Mather, a unique not-for-profit organization committed to changing the way society views aging. Paula holds an M.A. in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University, a B.A. in English Literature from Governors State University, and a Certificate in Embodied Social Justice from The Embody Lab. She also was a lead meditation teacher in the 21-Day Meditation Challenge presented by AlmaYEspiritu.
