A vision board workshop can be a wonderful way to connect with friends or family (virtually) to celebrate the end of the school year, a birthday or to simply get together doing something fun and meaningful.
Enjoy a 2-hour immersive experience that guides you to discover your purpose, aspirations and dreams by creating a vision board. Concrete steps will help you clarify your personal mission and vision statement, and align your goals in thought, words and deeds. Your vision board will represent your ideal life path using inspiring phrases and pictures that help you stay motivated and committed to make dreams become reality.
· This Vision Board Workshop Includes:
o A guided process of reflection to develop your personal mission and vision statement
o Tools to create coherence in what you think, say and do
o A model to enhance balance in your life to ensure your physical, emotional, intellectual and self-care needs are met
o A selection of different vision board layouts and examples
o A chance to present your boards to each other, talk about your goals, and partner up with an accountability buddy
The Vision Board Workshop is a casual yet therapeutic way to re-engage and explore values in light of life changes due the current pandemic.
