Middle schoolers discover their own way to Be present through mindful wellness practices that include movement, reflection, breathing exercises, and creative games. Each unique session allows middle schoolers to co-create their own experience. Taught by mindful counselor, Ben Kamens. $240 for 4 sessions or $180 for 3 sessions.
