Mindful Middle Schoolers

Middle schoolers discover their own way to Be present through mindful wellness practices that include movement, reflection, breathing exercises, and creative games. Each unique session allows middle schoolers to co-create their own experience. Taught by mindfulness counselor, Ben Kamens. $240 for 4 sessions or $180 for 3 sessions.
