Join yoga therapist and Reiki master Nicole A Grant, MS, C-IAYT, E-RYT500 for this exceptional, personalized 8-week yoga series. Explore the philosophical 8-limbed path of yoga, called astanga yoga, that serves as the foundation for much of practice and informs how to make yoga relevant to all aspects of your life. The series offers an experiential approach to yoga philosophy, which examines techniques such as asana, breath work, exercises in concentration and meditation as the bridge between the brain and the body - the scaffolding upon which life itself is built. Come experience how your yoga practice can serve you outside the studio and off the mat. All levels WELL-COME!
