Pause for a FREE easy 30-minute meditation on Tuesdays at lunchtime! Embodied mindfulness practitioner Lisa Lombardi leads a simple meditation practice that encourages the body to release stress while the mind seeks a moment of peace. Drop in to learn mindful wellness practices that become the restful part of every day. NEW in November every Tuesday at 12:30 - 1 :00 p.m.

Lisa Lombardi holds a B.A. in Psychology from Merrimack College, a M.S. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a M.Ed in Elementary Education from Lesley University. Additionally, she is a certified Reiki II Practitioner, a yoga RYT-200 Instructor and a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher. Lisa received her MBSR training at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness and is currently the Associate Director of Advising for the Mindfulness Program at Lesley University.
