Molly Delehey is the founder and facilitator of Wellness Workshops, playful somatic experiences that rejuvenate the spirit and spark our natural “flow state.” With a long career as a creative dramatics teacher and a former member of ImprovBoston, Molly introduces the concept of mindful wellness through creative movement and engaged playfulness. Her unique approach invites us to be in the moment with curiosity, compassion and fun for optimal well-being. Molly has taught in corporate, education and community settings in the greater Boston area. She is also a Kripalu-certified “Shake Your Soul” Yoga Dance instructor.
