Sound Immersion for WellBEing
Unwind and restore your mind, body and spirit while immersed in the sound of resonant crystal bowls. A restorative yoga pose may be suggested to bring ultimate relaxation to the body while the healing sound bath settles the nervous system. Relax on your mat with blankets and comfy props as the soothing magic of crystal singing bowls brings your entire BEing into complete balance.
What to expect: As weather permits, we will be outside or in BWBH’s beautiful Fresh Air Studio. Arrive 10 minutes early to set up your comfortable space with a mat, blanket, cushion or pillow (we have props available, but please bring what you prefer for extra comfort). Get settled in your chosen space and feel soothed as the music flows naturally. The soothing sound will soften as you are gently called to wake up, feeling refreshed and at ease.
$33 per person. Registration required. Limited space for personalized attention. We request day-of Covid testing and ask that masks are worn until you settle on your mat. Directions, details and a link to our Wellness Waiver will be sent to each registrant.
BWBH Scholarships and Subsidies are made possible by our generous donors.
