Freedom through Flow

A NEW IN-PERSON exploration of mindful movement - FREE and for ALL!

Finding one’s center in a world constantly on the go can often be best explored through the movement of one’s own body. Freedom through Flow, a calming and free-form dance class at Be Well Be Here, offers a unique opportunity to build upon the dynamics of the bodily movement through its relationship to music, beautiful surroundings and the space that resides within oneself. Led by Clairenne Wilson, a current Emerson College performing arts student and long-time modern dancer, this collaborative class co-creates an opportunity to delve into the motion of the body, mind and universe through dance. This is offered for ALL - no technique or past dance experience needed, just a willingness to Be present.

Saturday, August 13 at 9:30 - 10:30 am at BWBH’s Fresh Air Studio in Concord (details & directions sent upon registration)

Only a few spaces remain - Register today!

Please DONATE! We co-create FREE practice in community thanks to the generosity of our contributors.
