This yoga exploration is open to all levels of practice and is an invitation to let go of the ‘doing’ and settle into the loving space of BEing. We breathe and ground to settle the fray within our Nervous Systems; we move with intention and compassion to open ourselves up to the sensate experience; we feel the sticky places in our body and mind to shift our internal energetic dynamic; and we offer up our individual practices in collective prayer. FREE and open to ALL!
Please DONATE! We co-create FREE practice in community thanks to the generosity of our contributors.
Be Well Be Here is a 501c3 non-profit mindful wellness educational collaborative - your donation is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
Join us and Be part of our mission to bring wellBEing practices to ALL, regardless of ability to pay.
