Mindfulness Counselor Ben Kamens encourages Middle schoolers discover their own way to Be present through mindful wellness practices that include movement, reflection, breathing exercises, and creative games. Each unique session allows middle schoolers to co-create their own experience. $240 for 4 sessions or $180 for 3 sessions.
