Restorative Yoga / Yoga Nidra Level I Training

Be Well Be Here collaborates with Maureen Miller of Yoga NH to offer Restorative / Yoga Nidra Level I Training for yoga teachers and enthusiasts.

The RY-YN, Level I training is open to all – you do not have to be a yoga teacher or teacher-in-training to attend. Join us to learn new ways to enrich your personal practice, and/or share the benefits with family and friends. Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra enhance happiness and joy, contribute to reduced stress, and integrate the body-mind-spirit in ways that help us deal with life’s challenges with a more positive mindset.

As Maureen shares, “Often people will comment that these restorative practices are just lying down or like taking a nap, or they can’t stay still that long. That’s exactly the point of this practice - to learn that we can be more still and reduce the negative impact of a go-go-go life on the nervous system. The practices of RY and YN help reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase calmness in the body, mind and emotions. Once people experience RY and/or YN, they understand how much yoga has to offer beyond postures - and typically make the choice to integrate these practices into their daily lives on a regular basis for greater well-being.”
