Water Element Yoga

Join BWBH Yoga Director, Nicole Grant, for morning Water Element Yoga Chikitsa in November. In Sanskrit, Chikitsa means “treatment” or “purification” through regular yoga practice. This morning Water EIement Yoga helps to purify body, mind and spirit by treating imbalances, eliminating toxins and releasing accumulated tension. Wash away what stagnates as you calm rushing thoughts and emotions. Give yourself this time to Be purified through movement, and begin the day feeling refreshed.

This FREE 30-minute LIVESTREAM morning yoga practice runs every Tuesday in November at 8 - 9 a.m. in collaboration with Yoga Mandala and The Mandala Project.
