Want to feel supported, let go and rest? On Monday nights in May, take time to quiet the mind, soothe the body and calm the nervous system. Lifelong meditator and Be Well Be Here founder, Lara Wilson, MA, GCMS offers guided meditation that boosts the immune system and encourages a good night’s sleep. These 30-minute sessions are available for every age and are supported by your DONATION.
