Whole Being Restorative Practice

Now's the time to care for YOU! Explore Whole Being Restorative Practice - a unique virtual 4-session series of intentional bodywork techniques that slowly unravel tender muscles with the support of mindful deep breathing. This type of self-care practice, based on principles of restorative yoga and myofascial release, can be accessed with gentle guidance and a variety of props. Invite the body to unfold layers of stress that it yearns to let go with expert instruction from experienced vinyasa yoga teacher and neuromuscular therapist, Dina Abbondante, LMT, ERYT, RPYT. Feel connective tissues relax and unwind, joints open and move with greater balance, and body tensions are seamlessly released.

New and seasoned students will benefit from each class as we focus on relieving common discomforts such as tension headaches, TMJ syndrome, upper back tension, low back pain, hip tightness, IT band release, forearm tightness and more.

Whole Being Restorative Practice relaxes the nervous system and invites the body to transition into a deeply restful state, which is restorative for the mind and body equally.
