Mindful Movement for Healing

Find your path to healing through integrated mindful movement. Moving with intention liberates the body and mind, allowing us to become “unstuck” and inhabit the moment with greater ease. Feel for yourself why research reveals the benefits of integrating mindful movement with meditative practices. These weekly sessions include gentle stretching, aspects of qi gong (energy practice) and mindful breath work. Be present as you move with awareness, settle the soul and open to possibility.

 $22 per session. Every Tuesday in July at 8:30 -9:15 a.m. Zoom link will be sent upon registration.
