Struggles and worries of the Latinx community have been exacerbated by the arrival of Covid-19. Mindfulness continues to be a great tool for managing challenges such as stress, anxiety, and achieving balance in life. In this online session, we will adapt mindfulness practices for the benefit of Spanish-speakers. Together, we will co-create a space where ALL feel understood, and can develop self-compassion, empathy and connection for greater wellBeing.

Comienza tu día con una meditación para la calma, la tranquilidad y la paz interior. Haremos un chequeo de llegada, seguido por una meditación guiada de 10 a 15 minutos y luego conversaremos mientras tomamos un café, un té o tu bebida matutina favorita. No se requiere experiencia ni equipo especial.
