Recent violent incidents in our country have caused a great deal of pain, anger, fear, heartbreak, despair - all the feelings and so much suffering. This has also inspired many to speak up and find new ways to communicate how we feel while advocating mightily for change.

You are invited to Pause in the struggle for a moment of Rest with Loving Kindness. Join BWBH founder Lara Wilson for this gentle guided late-night FREE meditation. All feelings and ways of Being are welcome to Be Present for this caring community practice.

On Valentine’s Day, join me through Zoom to celebrate the love in my heart for you, my dear friends. Together, we’ll share simple mindful wellness practice to honor what means the most, especially now: loving friendship. Your kindness, compassion and encouragement has helped me survive stage III cancer, raise four amazing children, and co-create Be Well Be Here - whose mission to share the mindful practices that keep me well and here remains possible because of you.
