Adult and young Latinas today play a variety of roles in their communities and in society. Their struggles and worries have changed even more with the arrival of Covid-19. Mindfulness continues to be a great tool for managing challenges such as stress, anxiety, and achieving balance in life. In these online sessions, we will adapt mindfulness practices for the benefit of adult and young Latinas. Together, we will co-create a space where they feel understood and can develop self-compassion, empathy and connection for greater wellBeing.

Comienza tu día con una meditación para la calma, la tranquilidad y la paz interior. Haremos un chequeo de llegada, seguido por una meditación guiada de 10 a 15 minutos y luego conversaremos mientras tomamos un café, un té o tu bebida matutina favorita. No se requiere experiencia ni equipo especial.
