TEEN GIRLS! Join us this summer to release stress, Be with ease, and have FUN! BWBH designed this 3-day wellness BEtreat® with input from teen girls to address what makes life hard, cultivate inner resources, and awaken to the goodness within and around us all. Our beautiful, modern BEtreat® space on 12+ acres offers endless possibilities to explore new ways to BE inspired.

WHY BELONGING MATTERS

Gihanah Seb Di Dio (she/her) is a current 9th grade English/Language Arts teacher at Cambridge Rindge and Latin School who prioritizes equity and belonging in her practice, inside and outside of the classroom. She believes that through connection and authentic storytelling, individuals can find points of commonality that can create bridges in a world that seeks to divide us. Tuesday, July 18 at 1pm.

WHAT DOES LEADERSHIP MEAN TO YOU?

Nikki Turpin (she/her) is the Director of DEI at Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall and a former teacher at Nashoba Brooks School in Concord. She is also the Programming Director The Robbins House in Concord and led the Youth In Philanthropy Program at Middlesex School. Nikki has presented and run workshops for numerous organizations, including ACA New England, Jewish Family and Children's Services, and Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston, leading their professional development and leadership institute. Wednesday, July 19 at 1pm

$330 includes the 3-day program as well as healthy snacks, a personal journal, safe space and time to just BE. Please bring your own lunch and water bottle. Limited to 8 participants for personalized attention. REGISTER to Be Present for all three sessions

ABOUT YOUR BEtreat GUIDES

Molly Delehey (she/her) is the founder and facilitator of Wellness Workshops, playful somatic experiences that rejuvenate the spirit and spark our natural “flow state.” With a long career as a creative dramatics teacher and a former member of ImprovBoston, Molly introduces the concept of mindful wellness through creative movement and engaged playfulness. Her unique approach invites us to be in the moment with curiosity, compassion and fun for optimal well-being. Molly has taught in corporate, educational and community settings in the greater Boston area. She is also a Kripalu-certified Shake Your Soul® Yoga Dance instructor.

Lara Wilson (she/her), Be Well Be Here’s founder, has been a writer, teacher and meditator for over 40 years. She has co-created mindful wellness practices with cancer patients, struggling students, teachers, parents, school communities, young athletes, disabled individuals, architects, celebrated authors, medical professionals, bankers, CEOs, children, artists, even horses. Lara holds a Master's Degree in English & American Literature, a Graduate Certificate in Mindfulness Studies, and certification in Restorative Yoga (RYT-200) and Reiki Level II. She continually trains in a variety of mindful wellness fields, including meditation, experiential learning, transformational justice, healing energy, trauma awareness, qigong, Buddhist studies, and movement practices for healing. Following a two-year cancer journey, Lara deepened her personal practices through principles of experiential integration, learning from myriad global mindful wellness experts. She regularly shares this wisdom through Be Well Be Here as well as at conferences, wellness centers, corporate retreats, libraries, schools, other nonprofit organizations and in nature.

Clairenne Wilson (she/her), BWBH’s summer intern, is a Theater & Performance student at Emerson College who is passionate about art, acting, singing, dance, yoga, and mindfulness. She has performed multiple lead roles, choreographed for modern dance shows and is a classically trained vocalist. Through her love of the arts, Clairenne explores paths of self-expression and creativity to share with others in collaborative spaces. With her a relaxed way of Being and an emphasis on inclusivity, she invites everyone in groups to participate mindfully, feel seen and Be open to new inspiring experiences.
