In this time of uncertainty, we often rely on habits that we hope might ease our struggles, yet leave us feeling unfulfilled or unwell. Step away from old patterns as you actively engage in recovery with mindfulness practices. Pause to inhabit the present moment with compassionate self-care, and heal through gentle awareness of this moment now, breath by breath.

Join BWBH's Director of Energy Work, Julie Ramsdell, for live online Mindfulness for Recovery and Healing every Wednesday evening at 5:15 - 6:00 pm. Together, we will engage in guided meditation, reflect on the challenges of human experience, and manifest a compassionate path to healing.

Recovery is a mindful process for all who endeavor to cultivate a healing practice, and who are ready to participate in this meaningful work of self-awareness. You may be recovering from an injury, illness, surgery, addiction, worry, overwhelm or any form of suffering. We are here for ALL who struggle, especially during these challenging times.
