About Nicole Grant, MS, C-IAYT

Nicole’s unique style of teaching includes trauma-informed instruction, discerning verbal cues, and thoughtful demonstration that welcomes each participant to find their way to flow. Her wisely-sequenced yoga practice allows the mind and body to co-regulate so that the innate intelligence of each posture unfolds moment to moment.
