Meditate for Love

Honor those you love and the memory of those lost in this Valentine’s Day mindful meditation session. We’ll explore the compassionate teachings of the late Zen monk, Thich Nhat Hanh, in celebration of his 95 years on earth leading peaceful practice. This will be followed by a gentle guided meditation that concludes with loving kindness practice to bring ease before sleep.
