Armed with the ability to recognize diet culture and its covert operation in your daily life, you’re ready to learn how to cultivate true health and wellness. Together, we'll examine principles of Intuitive Eating and the importance of interoceptive awareness, our body's natural way to communicate through the senses. Living in a grab-and-go, meal-skippping, hork-with-a-fork culture, how might we shift toward eating habits that allow more ease? This session invites you to experiment with mindful ways to nourish yourself. Considering the principles of Intuitive Eating and interoceptive or sensory awareness, we’ll tap into the Language of the Self to better understand our habits. Discover essential aspects of the mind/body connection that honor natural ways to nourish your entire Being. Led by Lara Wilson, GCMS
