  • Learning to be present, move mindfully and breathe more easily

  • Demystifying barriers to self-care

  • Start where you are: a practice of mindful awareness

Session 2: Permission to Practice    Wednesday, March 10 at 7:30 – 8:45 pm

  • Identify habits, passions and needs

  • The shift to reasonable wellness steps

  • A menu of micro-actions

  • How to make it through when life gets tough

Session 3: Good Enough    Wednesday, March 24 at 7:30 – 8:45 pm

  • Softening expectations to tame the inner critic

  • The surprising power of self-compassion

  • Backdraft & other flare ups

  • Go gently: a self-compassion practice

Session 4: Riding the Waves    Wednesday, March 31 at 7:30 – 8:45 pm

  • Recognize & move through emotions

  • Pivot from control to contrast

  • Find space to respond rather than react

  • Open the heart, calm the body, relieve the mind

There is no right way to Be a parent, but there are ways to engage in parenting with less stress and more peace. Show up for your family – and yourself – in the best way possible on every step of the journey.
