What a week! Let’s gather to process all the happened and how we feel about it. Rather than rant, we can take time to vent mindfully: express concerns, acknowledge human emotions, feel heard and release pent up energy. We’ll then experiment with practices that shift our reactivity toward relief. Take a break in the midst of all that’s going on to:

- Pause - Ground ourselves in the present moment 
- Practice - Experiment with guided meditation 
- Be Curious - Yes, there is that…and what else? 
- Choose - Cultivate patience and an open mind 
- Forgive - Release resentment and acknowledge that all beings struggle 
- Accept - Life is a journey and every step has meaning
