Compassionate Conversation about Race & Change

In honor of Juneteenth, Be Well Be Here invites you to engage in Compassionate Conversation about Race & Change. Led by DEI communication consultant, Gihanah Seb-Di Dio, this FREE virtual workshop utilizes the power of emotion and storytelling to jumpstart the self-journey through identity and anti-racism. Please join us on Zoom as we work to create a learning space that values community, engaged support, and the act of being present amidst the fight for racial justice.

This thoughtful experiential session will include a short mindful meditation guided by mindfulness specialist and addiction counselor, Charity Collier, to foster greater community connection.
