Digital Wellness Day

Digital Wellness Day is May 1 - Ready to Discover Your Tech/Life Balance?

Feeling isolated by the coronavirus and spending more time on technology than you'd like? Do you miss time with friends and community? The Coronavirus has made our “new normal” virtually tech-dependent - for school, work, socializing, and pretty much everything else - making it harder than ever to find balance. This Digital Wellness Day workshop presents research combined with practical strategies to lift mood, engage in movement, enjoy fresh air time, and find slivers of joy for tech/life balance as well as practice the intentional and beneficial use of technology.

Attend this virtual event launched on Digital Wellness Day, May 1st and learn more about Tech/Life Balance through LookUp.Live on May 2nd. See how students across the country are motivating each other to find tech-life balance, and how you can join the fun! Learn about the LookUp Challenge: Week of Balance, a program led by students in their school or community groups before COVID-19. Given our "stay-at-home" orders, families can now make Digital Wellness Day and the LookUp Challenge a household affair. Teachers can engage students remotely, and students can motivate their friends to join in. Invite your families, households, colleagues and friends to join you.
