Yoga of Self-Care & Resilience

This online yoga exploration is open to all levels of practice and ability, and is an invitation to let go of the ‘doing’ to settle into the loving space of 'BE-ing':

  • We breathe and ground to settle the fray within our Nervous Systems.

  • We move with intention to open ourselves up to sensation with caring and compassion for the bruises of our heart.

  • We feel the sticky places in our body and notice the redundant stories the mind tells so that we may shift from conditioned to curious.

  • We complete this practice by offering our individual practices in collective prayer with Loving Kindness meditation.

Lead by certified yoga therapist and senior instructor Nicole A Grant, MS, C-IAYT, EMT

$22 for some Valentine love. We offer scholarships and subsidized fees to share practice with ALL.

Love You, Friends

On Valentine’s Day, join me through Zoom to celebrate the love in my heart for you, my dear friends. Together, we’ll share simple mindful wellness practice to honor what means the most, especially now: loving friendship. Your kindness, compassion and encouragement has helped me survive stage III cancer, raise four amazing children, and co-create Be Well Be Here - whose mission to share the mindful practices that keep me well and here remains possible because of you.
