LIVE Restorative Yoga Training Level I

Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Level 1 Virtual Training offered by Maureen Miller, owner of Yoga NH

LIVE online via ZOOM: 2-Day Program, Saturday April 18 & Sunday April 19 at 10:30 am - 5:00 pm

Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra (RY-YN) are practices that enhance happiness and integrate the body-mind-spirit to help us deal with life’s challenges through a more positive mindset. The practices reduce stress, can help with insomnia, and create calmness in the body, mind & emotions. By slowing down on and off the mat, we learn to live with awareness and intention, quiet worrisome thoughts, find balance, and let go of judgment and expectations. Your whole being will appreciate this experience!

Saturday and Sunday, April 25 & 26 at 10:30 am - 5:00 pm both days (with break for lunch)

This 2-day training is for everyone’s benefit and well-being (not just yoga teachers).

Yoga NH’s RY-YN training includes:

  • What is Restorative Yoga?

  • What is Yoga Nidra?

  • The benefits of the practices

  • Overview of the 8 limbs of Yoga and RY-YN

  • Teaching tips: cues, phrases, themes
